Our apartment at Universal Boulevard was in a fantastic location, close to a food market and a supermarket, making it convenient for all our grocery needs. The central location also meant that we were near many attractions, including the convention center. The spacious apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The communication with the owners was exceptional, and they were very helpful throughout our stay.
The noise from other apartments was sometimes noticeable, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to everything we were in town for. Additionally, it is conveniently situated next to a nature area where you can go for a run in the morning. Another advantage is that there is a Publix supermarket nearby, making it easy to go grocery shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
One negative aspect was that one of the televisions in the room didn't work, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us as we didn't spend much time in the rooms.

I enjoyed waking up every morning on my balcony, sipping coffee and watching the beautiful sunrise. The apartment itself was spacious and had a lovely patio/balcony. The amenities, like the pool and hot tub area, were great and usually empty. Check-in was a breeze with the convenient code system. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at Resort Rentals At Universal Boulevard in Orlando for a week-long vacation. The self check-in and out process made us feel right at home, and the spacious and beautifully decorated accommodations had all the comforts of home, including small appliances like a blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. I recently stayed at a budget-friendly resort in Universal Boulevard, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The location was perfect, with a market close by for all our needs. The spacious unit had multiple bathrooms, which was great for my family. The amenities, such as the playground, basketball court, and pool, were convenient and well-maintained. Plus, the customer service provided by Daniel and Stephanie was outstanding. The resort truly exceeded my expectations.
It would have been better if there were more kitchen utensils available in the property.

We stayed at a spacious house in a great location, right in the center of everything. It was very close to several restaurants and attractions like Sea World, which made it easy to explore. The house had a fully fitted kitchen and even a washing machine and tumble dryer for our convenience. The photos accurately depicted the property, and the facility's were excellent. We were grateful for the early check-in provided by Stephanie, and the gated complex added an extra layer of security.
One downside was that there were not enough coat-hangers provided, which made organizing our clothes a bit challenging.

The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious and well-appointed, and the location was convenient with nearby grocery stores. The staff treated us with exceptional care and attention, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.
